Snow removal services are provided during winter months.

Utilities are provided by the Provincial government and NL Power
Water supply and distribution services. Sewer and wastewater management. Street lighting and maintenance.

Community Health Services:
Local health clinics or community health centers are provided through Eastern Health
Access to emergency medical services health education and promotion programs.

Education:
The Town Of Clarkes Beach Local schools or educational institutions. Library services for residents. Community education programs and workshops.

Recreation and Parks:
Town Of Clarkes Beach has a community park and beachfront recreational spaces. 
The town Hall acts as a community center for social gatherings and events.
